Privacy, explained clearly.

This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit infinimous.com or contact Infinimous, why it is used, and what choices you have.

Information you choose to provide

When you contact Infinimous by email, you may provide your name, email address, company, project context and other information included in your message. The website contact experience prepares an email in your own email application; nothing is submitted to Infinimous until you choose to send that email. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive customer data.

Technical information

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting services, Vercel may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security or performance logs to deliver and protect the site. That processing is governed by Vercel's own terms and privacy documentation.

How information is used

Information received through an enquiry is used to understand the request, reply, prepare a scope, deliver agreed work, maintain business records and protect the service. Infinimous does not sell personal information. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, engagement, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what personal information Infinimous holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question by emailing hello@infinimous.com. Requests are assessed under the laws that apply to the relationship and may require reasonable verification before information is disclosed or changed.
